THE VINEYARD: Located at an altitude of 850 meters. This vineyard was planted in 1994, its soils are sandy and poor, mixed with pure limestone rock.

THE WEATHER: In this area we have an arid, continental and dry climate, with drastic differences between the day and the summer nights. Winters are very cold.

ELABORATION: The harvest of these plots occurs at the end of October, obtaining the optimum point of maturation.

We make in stainless stainless steel tanks, taking advantage of indigenous yeasts and producing malolactic fermentation.

Subsequently, it spends 6 months in third-use French oak barrels, providing the appropriate tannins to achieve an elegant and fresh wine.

We make both varieties separately.
