THE VINEYARD: Multiple vineyards of the Monastrell and Syrah variety located between the Sierra de Salinas, Umbría and La Sima, with an altitude of 600m and 700m. The shallow limestone soils, covered with stones forming a platform at the foot of the mountain, these varieties have a good adaptation to this Mediterranean climate with good maturation.

PREPARATION: Traditional viticulture with minimal intervention, the harvest in the second half of October, with good maturation of the two varieties, produced separately in a stainless steel tank and malolactic fermentation in a tank and aging in French oak barrels for 6 months.

TASTING: Monastrell is the predominant variety supported by a variety like Syrah that gives it a little more softness, with good aromatic power and a velvety, easy-to-drink palate.
