Enologist

“When I finished that course the head of the centre told me, ‘You are going to be an enologist.’ And so it was,” recalls the Conquense, who finished his studies in Enology in Tomelloso (Ciudad Real) in 1988. “I have never gone anywhere to make wine, but I have my finger on the pulse with everything that is happening and always taste wines wherever I go.”

“My work is to obtain the highest quality, which begins in the grape and finishes in the bottling of the wines,” says the enologist who believes his wines reflect his personality. “I base my ideas on constancy and the work of a Manchego who, despite difficulties, continues fighting for what they believe in: the potential for quality wines that there is in this area.”
